Robcad & Process Simulate • Cell prep (Initial process & layout conditions, etc.); • Tool validation (Collision studies, Weldgun approvals, customer interface, etc.); • Cycle time and SOP reports with RCS (Fanuc, ABB, Kuka) • OLP for Fanuc, ABB,Kuka robots • Kinematics; • Documentation (Weld studies, Integration sheets, DCS sheets, etc.); Projects: - Magna KL 2019 Decklid - ABB – A,B,C – Pillars and Decklid kits - Flex-N-Gate – P375 systems

• Worked under project managers to design the control software packages utilizing PLC and HMI and complete control drawings in AutoCAD for rolling, milling machine • Assisted the electrical engineering team for rolling machine's electrical circuits layout design, electrical panel design and validation analysis • Worked with senior electrical engineers to generate rolling and milling machine's electrical system map layouts, a sequence of operations, design and enter logic, and reviewed cycle time studies • Programed and de-bugged PLC and Control Logix programming for milling and rolling machines • Developed copper products specific with FMEAs and verification plans • Communicated opportunities for continuous improvement of copper product baseline FMEAs, as well as copper design specifications to senior engineers.

• Worked in R&D department to design and develop 2D drafting and 3D modeling for bearings, rollers, modules used for high frequency welded pipe • Produced drawings with AutoCAD specifying part dimensions/tolerances and assembly layouts • Worked in the heat treatment quenching and annealing production line for 3 months • Gained hands-on experience in with electronic packing, embedded system design, PID controller, sensor signal filter and microprocessor design for die and roller production line
