Detail project engineering of Power Plant Auxiliaries Electrical & Instrumentation controls System. Reviewing project specification and finalizing the exact requirement of E & I controls scope. Review of P & ID and preparing technical documents like list of instruments, Electrical Load List, PLC IO list, Power, Control and Field Instruments wiring diagram, soft IO list for third party DCS interface, SAMA logic diagram, Control Write-up, FAT & SAT documents and operator interface manual etc. Designing Control System Architecture, Communication network and IO's based on project requirement, DCS integration (Modbus TCP/IP, RTU, and Ethernet) and defining the project scope with it. Electrical Schematics and GA design for the Control panel, overall cable routing, terminal layout, preparation of Bill of Material etc. Attending the Project Kick Off meeting, clarifying the customer query, taking care of deviation list as per customer perspective, decision making based on the technical issues, requirement & discussion held. Defining project scope, project timeline, project management & planning, preparing project cost, vendor management & procurement. Assisting project sales manager while negotiation wherever required. Highly organized and a good multitasker to handle multiple projects / tasks. Providing FAT support for customer / third party inspection, providing commissioning support to the site engineer. Preparation of Electrical & Instrumentation Controls project estimated cost involved for the project. Also monitoring & controlling the E & I scope cost during project execution. Generating inquiries and finalizing the contractors after techno commercial discussions with various contractors / vendors.
