CONTROLS ENGINEER American Axel Manufacturing, T1xx Front Axle Line in Silao Mexico July – August 2018 In this project I was in charge of robots FANUC, I developed different activities as Teaching of robot positions, debugging recovery sequences and offering support to production.

General Motors de Mexico, Toluca Complex, North Engine Plant April 2014 – June 2018 I participated as a controls engineer in the implementation and launch of the Small Gas Engine (SGE) project. I worked with different OEMs in activities like programming and debugging logic in order to test and validate for proper functionality and safety to comply with the GM North America specifications. I leaded the shift controls team in supporting both the machining and the engine assembly stages of the SGE engine production. Main activities: Support plant floor systems used in the plant's manufacturing process: PM&C, Flexnet, Qstat and UD&C. Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Allen Bradley and Siemens), CNCs (840D and Fanuc) and robots (Fanuc and Yamaha) used in this plant. Implement automation and machining solutions to improve the manufacturing process working alongside with manufacturing and industrial engineers. Provide prompt support to the maintenance and production departments to yield the daily target production volumes. Develop technical skills of my shift controls team. Provide proper feedback and solutions to all of the controls' team client departments via Power Point presentations and/or emails. CONTROLS ENGINEER INTERN General Motors de Mexico, Toluca Complex, South Engine Plant April 2013 – April 2014 During this year, I implemented a scanner to match the number of the block with the engine number in the assembly line of the V8 engine model. I used a Siemens PLC S7-300 to integrate a Cognex scanner through the profibus communication protocol. I performed improvements like changing hand scanners for fixed cameras in the V8 engine head subassembly line. I implemented the logic addition in all the operations using Siemens' PLCs within the assembly line in order to receive 2015 models. Among other activities also I provided controls support to maintenance and production areas.
