Develop Phase logic and Equipment/Control Modules in DeltaV Control Studio environment

Design custom loader programs for Fanuc CNC turning machines per customer design constraints. Infield troubleshooting of various applications in terms of diagnosing electrical issues, modifying loader programs for add on operations and optimizing cycle times. Engineer pick and place applications, infeed/outfeed systems, and gaging functions with 3rd party systems. Develop simulated robotic handling applications in Roboguide HandlingPro software. KEY CONTRIBUTION: Develop PPG(Post Processing Gauge) ladder logic programs to interface with turning machines in Allen Bradley PLC environment. Research and development in using Fanuc Robotics to interface with turning machines using vision applications as specified by customer requests.

Design and interpret Functional Specifications to develop discrete/continuous control systems in DeltaV/RSLogix environments. Develop and execute qualification protocols based on Installation Qualifications (IQ) and Operation Qualification (OQ) documentation. Design Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) alongside control system development. Demonstrations of Customer witnessed in-house Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and in-field dynamic troubleshooting of live systems' software/hardware to fulfill Site Acceptance Tests (SATs). KEY CONTRIBUTION: Develop Phase logic and Equipment/Control Modules in DeltaV Control Studio environment that correspond within a Recipe and Batch hierarchy. Conducted validation of DeltaV control systems from the Batch Recipe Level to Control Module. Development of FactoryTalk SE/Wonderware Intouch/GE iFIX interfaces and database configurations in conjunction with RSLogix 5000 programs. Development of specialized embedded code in the form of visual basic and C. Onsite troubleshooting of a variety of hardware/software configurations.
