Step 1: Receive Welcome Email

When you're selected for a White Glove contract, you'll receive:

  1. Welcome email with your Account Manager's contact info
  2. Document checklist specific to your contract
  3. Onboarding portal link to upload documents
  4. Contract details and start date

Action: Review the checklist and gather your documents.

Step 2: Access Your Onboarding Portal

  1. Click the link in your welcome email
  2. Log in to your Automate America account
  3. Navigate to Dashboard > Onboarding
  4. You'll see your personalized checklist

Step 3: Upload Your Documents

For each required document:

  1. Click Upload next to the document type
  2. Select your file (PDF, PNG, JPG accepted)
  3. Ensure the document is clear and complete
  4. Click Submit
  5. Status changes to "Uploaded - Pending Review"

Tips for faster approval:

  • Upload all documents at once if possible
  • Use clear, high-resolution scans or photos
  • Ensure all pages are included
  • Check that signatures are visible

Step 4: Document Review

Your Account Manager reviews each document for:

  • Completeness: All required fields filled
  • Accuracy: Information matches your profile
  • Legibility: Text is readable
  • Currency: Document is not expired

Review timeline: Usually within 24 hours

Step 5: Verification & Approval

Once documents pass review:

  1. Banking information is verified
  2. Tax forms are processed
  3. Insurance is confirmed with provider
  4. Background check initiated (if required)

Step 6: Onboarding Complete

When everything is approved:

  1. You'll receive "Onboarding Complete" email
  2. Your status changes to White Glove Verified
  3. Contract becomes active
  4. You're ready to start work!
