Programming and set-up of CNC Milling Machines, programming PLC's for the assembly lines. Read blueprints and schematics on a daily basis. Used micrometers and calipers to maintain required tolerances pre drawings. Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems. Diagnosed and repaired problems. Identified and replaced parts as necessary, test and made sure adjustments were made to help machine and software operate efficiently. Here I also attained my crane license and my forklift certification. Also practiced 6S daily throughout the plant.
Troubleshooted and wrote software for CNC and PLC systems. Worked with hydraulics, software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems, diagnose and repair problems and identified and replaced parts, test and made adjustments as needed. Read blueprints as well as schematics all while using micrometers and calipers to maintain required tolerances. Learned how to run a slitter machine, Forklift certification.
