Extensive experience in the Rockwell/Allen-Bradley ecosystem. I have worked on projects on these platforms all the years I've been in automation and controls. I have strong ties with Rockwell Automation specialists, am very familiar with the various platforms and programming environments. I have solved complex interfacing problems between Rockwell hardware and 3rd party systems, including custom software.

Step Automation is a FANUC System Solution Advisor. Many projects under the belt on various size robots. Palletizing, paint, material handling, iR vision. Developed a custom platform for small parts painting using the PaintMate robot on a mobile skid. Lots of experience interfacing with Allen-Bradly and controlling robots from PLC & HMI.

Experience gained through projects using In-Sight and Vision Pro. Worked on an early iteration of the deep-learning platform, ViDi. Ability to support stand-alone systems or more complex multi-camera inspections.

Several large-scale Siemens projects. Multiple machines and interfacing with outside systems. Proficient in custom function design, hardware networking, and general TIA/WinCC programming. I can take on anything from small, single machine to factory-wide projects.

Comfortable working in Python libraries. Most experience has been scripting for Ignition projects.

Limited projects using KUKA robots. Have setup as-shipped from the factory robots and deployed them onto the customer floor.
