SAS LLC. (Specialized Automation Systems) UL Panel Shop Manager. Designed and built UL listed electrical control panels for the oil and gas Industry. Specked out all parts for design and developed BOM parts list using Excel, Micro Soft Office. Developed ACAD electrical drawings based on my design. Burn in testing and customer setup/commissioning. Customer support and training on existing electrical panels in the field. 3/2/2015 to 4/27/2016 PYRAMID CORPORATION PLC Programmer, Customer Support. I developed PLC and HMI programs to control a water treatment park for EnCana Gas & Oil at their Hunter Mesa location. The S7-300 Siemens PLC processor for this application has wired and wireless Ethernet connections to 3 other processors on and off sight, including cygnet remote control via V-link interface. The S7-300 PLC has 72 analog inputs, 5 analog outputs, 40 digital inputs, and 32 digital outputs. The analogs inputs included Hart Protocols. I have programed VFD drives, tuned and calibrated proportional valves that are all controlled by PID control loops. 10/25/2011 to 3/1/2015

COLORADO WELL Electronic Controls Technician. I provided water treatment plant startup and commissioning for Pall Corporation contracts. These micro-filtration systems installations were for cities and municipalities in the US and Canada. Perform PLC and equipment IO tests, perform calibration on all instruments, startup/test of all equipment, documentation of all tests/calibration guidelines, and operator training. 2/01/2010 to 10/05/2011. SCHOOL DISTRICT 51 Electronic Security Specialist. I Provided customer support service to all district owned buildings (49 total) by installing, programing (NetworkX), maintaining and testing the fire alarm systems, security systems, audio video systems, and communication systems. These systems included Ademco security systems, GE security systems, and Firelite fire alarm systems. Other equipment installations included broadband internet, Broadband TV, door locking systems, custom built fire door release systems, analog/digital video surveillance with DVRs, communication networking to remote monitoring facilities, card and keypad entry/exit systems, and staff training on all fire/security systems. 3/19/2005 to 1/29/2010
