• Management and overseeing engineering teams of 5+ members, facilitating effective technical collaboration with global teams and suppliers. • Programming with PLC and HMI Allen Bradley Studio 5000 • Strong knowledge of software platforms robotics, systems integration and Programming from scratch of 6-axis and 4-axis, Delta and Scara robots. • 3D simulation with robot software and Process Simulate (Virtual Commissioning). • Integrate advanced technologies of Robots with Engel Duo plastic injection equipment to modernize production. • Setup and programming of peripheral equipment: Cognex vision systems, Centerline Servogun, RTU, Nordson equipment, WTC Medar, Emhart, ATI Tool Changer, Fronius-Lincoln welders, IO-Link Balluf, Manifold SMC and Festo, Powerflex 525 VFDs, Kinetix 5700, Servomotors for Motion Control with Turn Table, Trunnion, Dual Gun). • Experience in methodologies Lean Manufacturing (5s, Kaizen), IATF 16949 (Automotive Quality Management Systems), Indicators MTTR and MTBF, Lockout and Tagout (LOTO), Risk Assessment Validation • Cycle time optimization, Production support, Dimensional tests, FAT and SAT testing on site, Buy-Off. • Experience in Cosma-Magna, VASS VW, GM GSR, Stellantis-Chrysler programming standards. • Experience in Ultrasonic, Spot, Laser, MIG, TIG and Stud Welding. • Familiarity with safety standards Fanuc DCS, ABB Safe Move, NACHI RMU and KUKA Safe Operation Kuka and compliance in industrial settings. • Interpretation, interaction and preparation of electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics diagrams • Setup of communication protocols Ethernet IP, IO Link, Profinet, Device Net.

Part Of Accenture • Integration, programming and commissioning of Kuka robots in Palletizing, integrating it into the packaging and labeling machine. • Integration, programming and commissioning of Staubli Robots via a wizard with high production and speed demand (180 pieces per minute) in Vision-Tracking application, integrated with Krones equipment such as Fillers, clincher. • Integration, programming and commissioning of packaging line with Delta Omron Robots via Wizard with high production and speed demand (340 pieces per minute) in Vision-Tracking Application integrated to Krones equipment such as Filler and clincher. • ABB Robot Tracking simulation for project "Mordisco" with Vision-Tracking application and Robots ABB Delta IRB360 FlexPicker. • Production support with Allen Bradley Studio 5000 PLC, programming of Cognex and Omron Vision Systems, Sentech and Basler • SAT (Site Acceptance Test) and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) tests
