Support in Ford Motors Company Kansas City Assembly Plant (KCAP) with Fanuc R30 controllers in spot weld process in the bodyside line. Dec. 2019. Working in Ford Motors Company Chicago Assembly Plant (CAP): Programming Weld, MH, Seal and Tip dress programs with Fanuc's R30 Controllers in Front Structure line. Mar. – Apr. 2019 Participation in Ford Motors Company Louisville Assembly Plant (LAP), Louisville, Kentucky, programming Fanuc robots with R30 Controllers in Spot Weld and Material Handling with tool Changer applications. Jul. 2018. In FCA Chrysler Truck Assembly Plant, Saltillo, México, during the first part of the new MCA model launch, modifying Process and Service programs in Spot Weld and Material Handling Fanuc robots with R30 Controllers in the Box and Ladder Line. Dec. 2017 – Jan. 2018 and Apr. – May 2018. Attending project in Tesla Factory assembly plant, Fremont, California, during the launch of the Model 3, working with the first commissioning (Configuring controller, running setup wizards in each application, configuring TCP, RTCP and Payload values according RDS, verifying communication with PLC, etc.) of Fanuc robots in Spot Weld, Material Handling, sealer and PED sealer applications in DRT line. July – Sep. 2017. In FCA Chrysler Assembly Plant Belvidere, Illinois, during the launch of the KL model configuring, programming and supporting Respot and Inners lines with Fanuc R30-iB controllers in Spot weld, Material Handling and sealer application and ABB IRC5 controllers with spot welding applications according RDS and costumer specification.
