Core Responsabilities and Expertise: End-to-end management of industrial automation projects, from initial concept definition and technical feasibility analysis through commissioning and final delivery at customer sites; Direct project coordination with customers, including technical meetings, requirement analysis, timeline management, progress reporting, and resolution of critical issues to ensure project alignment and customer satisfaction; Leadership and supervision of multidisciplinary technical teams (PLC, Robotics, Electrical and Mechanical departments), including resource planning, task distribution, technical support, and workflow optimization; Advanced PLC programming with strong expertise in Siemens platforms (TIA Portal, S7-1200/S7- 1500, Profinet communication, industrial networking and diagnostics); Development and optimization of robotic applications using ABB and KUKA systems, focused on reliability, cycle efficiency, process stability, and safe machine operation; Design of automation software architectures and integration of robotic systems with industrial machinery, production lines, sensors, and field devices; Creation and validation of robotic cell simulations using ABB RobotStudio for cycle optimization, collision analysis, and virtual commissioning activities; Development of robotic execution cycles for industrial applications including palletizing, pick & place, handling systems, milling operations, and automated production processes; Management of commissioning, startup, testing, and troubleshooting activities both remotely and on-site at customer facilities; Continuous interaction with customers during all project phases, ensuring technical support, operational transparency, and efficient problem solving; Preparation of technical documentation, functional specifications, operating procedures, and customer-oriented project reports; Delivery of technical training sessions for operators, maintenance personnel, and end users on automated systems and production processes; Post-sales technical assistance, long-term customer relationship management, and support for system upgrades and process improvements.
