Worked as a PLC programmer, writing logic for press lamination machines, doing the network communication, I/O testing and debugging, once the machine was fully running my job was to support changes trough the buy off and testing process once the machine was bought off, ill be send out to do commissioning in the customer floor, in this company I utilize two different PLCs: Rockwell/Allen Bradley and Siemens, all of the using Point I/O or Distributed I/O, other devices that we use where VFD drivers like SEW-Drives, we also use two different types of HMI, Allen Bradley and Siemens, some of my projects in this company I was involved was in the development of program for a two sided tool press machine called "Revolver press", this machine was part of a project for the company CPK interiors in Canada, the challenge on this project was that the machine had a to sided that had a hot sided tool and a cool sided tool, the process consisted in heating the part first and the flipping the tool to cold the part and proceed to apply edge lamination, some of my other duties where to give service to machines in customer floor some of this machines needed updating software adding sensors, or change of sequence.
