Designed and implemented Vision screens for data visualization, user interaction, and interface layouts. Utilized all standard Ignition tag types and binding methods to link UI elements to live process data. Developed and executed Sequential Function Charts (SFCs) to manage process flows and critical event sequencing. Authored Python scripts for tag manipulation, screen updates, GUI control, and SQL database interactions. Created scripts within Gateway events (tag change, timer, scheduled), Client events (startup, timer, shutdown), tag events, Vision component events, SFC steps, and project libraries. Leveraged the Named Query system for efficient execution of parameterized SQL queries. Designed SQL database schemas to organize and track process-related data. Applied templates and User Defined Types (UDTs) for modular visual components and standardized tag structures. Implemented Ignition's Alarm system for monitoring and alerts. Configured user roles and security settings to control access to screens and controls. Holds Inductive Automation's Core Ignition certification.
