I spent many years developing high speed vision applications for the medical device industry and others. I started working for a machine vision integrator specialising in Cognex systems. I then went to an OEM machine builder developing vision systems, lensing, lighting, and programming solutions for equipment inspecting parts at rates up to 1600ppm. Most recently I was a Sr Applications Engineer for a Cognex distributor. I provide controls engineering services to both OEM machine builders and end users. Leaning on my extensive background in machine vision, and robotics I am specializing in projects utilizing these automation technologies. I also have extensive experience with scripted programming using Microsoft.Net(VB, C#), and PLC Programming(Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi).
