Working towards achieving reduction in welding defects frequency by monitoring condition of Equipment or elements. Replacing faulty equipment's for speedy operation/combined operation. Condition monitoring and updating documents with regard to the same. Balanced Spares Inventory management to ensure timely availability of spares as well as to minimize idle inventory.
