Machine tending pipe swager with a 6 axis arm. Developed pipe indexing platform and integrated collaborative robot with a 90's era Allen Bradley PLC retrofitted onto a pipe swaging machine from the 60's. Application enabled customer to retain machinery and floorplan without major investment into automation.
Critical material placement utilizing FANUC SCARA robot. Camera was used to identify orientation of component and ensure placement was within 0.002" with a cycle time of <1 second.
Developed dual station welding cell with 2 axis positioners and and FANUC Arc Mate 100 6-axis arm and Lincoln Electric power supply.
Fully restored pharmaceutical blending equipment after critical wiring harness had been severed from machine malfunction due to improperly secured switch contacts.
