-Collaborating with other departments to ensure projects run smoothly including engineering, operations, and project management teams -Assist in quoting on future projects including estimating components, labor, etc.

-Responsible for assisting Lead Welding Engineer in calibrating Resistance Spot Welding gun pressure, current, and auditing spot weld guns and robots as well as other basic startup and unboxing procedures

-Responsible for measuring and assisting in teaching others to measure Aluminum and Steel Resistance Spot Weld sizes through Tessonic Ultrasonic equipment (F-1 and F-2) -Developed Tessonic Reporter Ultrasonic reports

-Create and edit line side documents for welding and robotic applications utilizing softwares and equipment such as: CATIA CAD, Fronius TPS/i, Kawasaki Robotics IDE, WTC Spot welding equipment, and Microsoft Excel. -Lead shift Welding Engineer tasked with diagnosing and creating GMAW (MIG Welding) parameters and settings in automated robotic welding applications as well as assistance in manual weld repair procedures -Utilizing ultrasonic (Tessonics) non destructive inspection methods in RSW (Spot welding) applications to take measurements and develop reports -Basic FANUC and Kawasaki Robot pendant navigation and editing

(See Rivian, Martinrea, and Comau experiences for more in depth) -Develop arc and resistance welding engineering solutions for customers to improve up-time, quality, and through-put -Took on typical tasks of Welding Engineers, and Robot Programmers in addition to others working within the plants and offices. -Maintain relationship with customers regarding welding

-Responsible for assisting in building and debugging automated welding cells and providing technical support and debugging for machine vision cells. -Took on typical tasks of Controls Engineers, Machine Vision Engineers, Welding Engineers, and Robot Programmers in addition to others working within the plants and offices. -Responsibilities also include setting up and running meetings with representatives of other companies to communicate future company needs as well as working with common metal fabrication machinery.

-Responsible for installing and programming vision systems for Mercedes-Benz US International of Vance, AL and BMW of Spartanburg, SC.
