Guntersville, Al - Provide Robotics and Controls integration as well as support to various companies in the automotive industry. Emphasis on mig-welded chassis components as well as class A outer body components.

(Controls Launch Lead) Massiv Automated Systems Magna (Contractor) Managed the controls integration and launch of 2 programs to include 8 lines total as well as designing and implementing several upgrades and changes to equipment. All controls systems were Rockwell Controls platforms with Rockwell HMIs. • Managed day to day controls operations; ensuring team members were following Magna standard for controls integration. • Design and Implement changes to process to improve cycle times as well as improve OEE. • Manage customer timeline and ensure milestones were reached each week. • Assisted robotics department with programming and process changes. • Ensured all safety standards were met during integration.

(Controls and Robotics) Gestamp Chassis Provided support and integration for one rear suspension cradle as well as three engine cradles. All controls platforms were Rockwell with Fanuc robots. Assisted plant in controlling and improving mig-weld quality as well as OEE. Magna Bowling Green Metal Forming Assisted in start-up of 1 chassis program to include 4 underbody rail lines. On this project, all controls platforms were Rockwell systems with ABB robotics. Assisted in design of controls as well as robot changes to improve OEE.
