Kenny — Field Service Engineer

Work under the supervision of Project Manager and communicate project progress and take directions from Project Manager to stay on schedule and provide constructive feedback as warranted.

• Experienced using computer applications, including data analysis tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Perform administrative and coordination duties, including pass-downs, work orders, field service reports, system problem reports, and monthly reports. Prepare written technical reports on an independent basis.

• Experienced to follow designated installation procedures and safety guidelines established for work areas.

• Experienced from scratch Installs and starts up-commissioning new equipment and tool or modifies existing equipment at customer's facility to ensure proper operational functionality according to the equipment specification, and scope of work outlined in the Sales Order or Field Service work instruction.

• Experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley (ControlLogix, RS Logix, & CompactLogix) and Siemens supporting control systems testing, equipment commissioning, field testing, industrial communication protocol setup/testing, VFD configuration and testing, and system acceptance including operational readiness testing.

• Install and optimize hardware/software products and configurations at customer sites.

• Experience installing and maintaining complex electromechanical equipment at customer sites.

• Strong troubleshooting skills sub-systems: electronic, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, optical, lasers, wafer transfer systems (including robots), AMHS, AS/RS automated storage and retrieval systems, Conveyor systems, Piping systems and Foup Purge Systems (FPS)

• Experience On-site customer installation, service, modification, and repair of semiconductor equipment. Experienced Interprets maintenance manuals and procedures, schematics, and wiring diagrams to install, maintain, and repair Semiconductor capital equipment, utilizing knowledge of electronics and using standard test instruments and hand tools.

• Responsible for completing the mechanical setup and cable connection. (Cabling and wiring - cable cut, termination, connection.)

• Performed root cause failure analysis on sub-systems, circuits, and components in a timely manner. Trouble-shooting handling and root cause analysis.

• Troubleshoot process problems of medium complexity along with writing procedures and processes for standard field service engineer activities.

• Performs advance diagnosis, testing and repairs electrical and mechanical malfunctions to ensure operational standards.

• Using customer feedback and requests, and proactively seeking to provide high-quality service, to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Experienced for require working overtime, work weekends, work holidays and travel domestic and international up to 100%.

• Fully Vaccinated for the COVID-19. Valid driver’s license. Able to pass a background & drug screening
