• Maintenance and Repair of Critical equipment and assets, HVAC equipment, Chillers, CRAC / CRAH,CDU, Electrical Switch gear, PDU's. • Root cause analysis of equipment failures. • Preventive maintenance. • Red Vector training. • Thermal IR Data collection. • Corrigo CMMS experience. • Create spread sheets for PM and inspection checklists. • Experience with critical Data Center assets: power systems, electrical and mechanical equipmentincluding Generators,CDUs PDU's, UPS, Switchgear, Air handling, Data center cooling systems (IDEC),Chillers, CRAC / CRAH Units, DC Power Systems, FENWEL Fire monitoring and control system, BMS andSCADA.

• Repair and Maintenance of HVAC, Electrical, Generator, and Lab equipment. • Monitor BMS and Fire control system. • Install cubicle/work stations. • Use CMMS software. • Set up conference rooms with A/V equipment and samples/displays. • Set up training classrooms with tools and material for fiber optic splicing. • Escort and monitor on site vendors and contractors.

• SAFETY committee member. • Troubleshooting and Repair of Automated Nonwoven Textile Equipment. • Maintenance of Furnace, Air compressors, Exhaust fans, Blowers, Cooling Towers and Chillers. • Conveyor maintenance and repair. • Replacement of worn hydraulic and pneumatic actuators on production equipment. • Complete tear down and rebuild of high-speed spinner dies. • Replacement and installation of 30 hp 3ph electrical motors including verifying rotation and voltage.

Predictive and Preventive maintenance on automated equipment. • Installation and Commissioning of new production equipment and conveyors. • Thermal welding of drive belts. • Maintenance and repair of Conveyors, Robotic equipment and Automated equipment. • Monitor Robotic path motions to maximize efficiency, safety, and quality. Perform preventative orcorrective maintenance on robotic systems or components. Maintain inventories of robotic productionsupplies, such as sensors and cables. • Troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of Electrical, Pneumatic, Robotic, Hydraulic and Mechanicalsystems. • Conveyor System Maintenance – Performed repairs and preventative maintenance to maintainoperation of conveyors and sorter equipment. Responsible for cleaning and lubricating machinery,performing basic diagnostic tests, checking performance, and testing damaged machine parts todetermine whether major repairs are necessary; includes the assembly/disassembly of pneumatic sub-systems. Troubleshoot conveyor system controls and adjust or repair as needed, both preventativeand reactive. Analyze equipment breakdowns and failures to determine the root cause of issues andappropriate corrections. • Vibration and Thermal analysis of equipment.

Perform repairs on Automated packaging and production equipment. • Acknowledge and analyze equipment breakdowns. • Perform daily, weekly, monthly and annual preventive / predictive maintenance. • Installation and set-up of new packaging equipment and conveyors. • Fabricate and install covers. • Changeover and Set up Automated equipment. • Replacement and installation of electric motors, verifying correct rotation and wiring.
