RESPONSIBILITIES: - Development of automation and control projects, Develop and debug PLC logic, HMI screens, SCADA systems, Robot logic and others - Commissioning and Integration of automation and instrumentation equipment. - Service to production and engineering areas attending failures in PLC's, Robots, Drives, Servo Drives, communication networks, instrumentation and electronic equipment. -Solution of technical problems that occurred in the plant or equipment's in optimal time to keep production in order. ACHIEVEMENTS: -Project Automatic Warehouse - PLC Programmer, Commissioning, Develop and debug PLC logic to control industrial processes using Studio5000, program and configure industrial/ safety networks and devices.

RESPONSIBILITIES: -Development of automation and control projects. -Integration of automation and instrumentation equipment in engineering projects. -Solution of technical problems that occurred in the plant in optimal time to keep production in order. -Plan, direct and coordinate the activities that allow the efficient execution of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance. -Comply with the goals and results committed to the general management, within the defined deadlines, terms and conditions. -Keep the area personnel updated in technical knowledge and operational procedures corresponding to the area. -Annual budget management to have critical spare parts for the line and manage their inventory. ACHIEVEMENTS: -Project Furnace EPBL/T, Optimize cycle times in the Load and Press Sections of Glass Furnace, develop and debug PLC logic -Project Printer Glass alignment, PLC Programmer, Commissioning, Develop PLC Logic using Studio5000, Kinetix 5500 programmation, configuration of safety devices, configuration of VLANs with Stratix switch, drives configuration, signals and safety signals, communication between PLCs in the production line
