Physical Installation and integration into the PLC code of different kind of sensors like laser, vision, pneumatic pressure, proximity and mechanical safety switches (SMC, Sick, Banner and Keyence) Control Panel building, installation and configuration based on engineering documentation and diagrams. Integration and programming of pneumatic systems on brands like Festo, SMC, and Emerson. Maintain, modify, and properly version control equipment programs, configuration files, and documentation as changes are implemented. This includes but is not limited to hardware, electrical, safety, pneumatic, network, PLC, HMI, Robot, SCADA, and MES.
