• I was contracted to manage the electrical system installation for the revamping project of the rolling mill plant for rebar production. These projects include new feed system from the Government electrical substation to increase the demand capacity from 2 MW to 6 MW over 13.8 KV, a water treatment plant and cooling system installation, and a total new installation of equipment and electrical system. • I installed, programmed and startup different control system that includes controllers such as ControlLogix, IM151-7 CPU, S7-300 that require to use RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000 and Step 7. The networks installed in these projects were ControlNet, Ethernet/IP, FO, Profibus DP, and Ethernet. • Upgrade the control system for 6 Sund Brista small packages tying machine from PLC S5 Siemens to IM157-7 Siemens CPU. It was included the installations, mechanical/electrical maintenance, testing, and integrated over a Profibus DP to a ControlLogix controller. • Installation of 2 Sund Brista master bundler tying machine and integration over Ethernet/IP to a ControlLogix controller. • Installation of DC drive ABB lineup for 16 DC motors of 450 HP and AC drive ABB lineup for different Ac motors. It was integrated over ControlNet to a CompactLogix controller.

• I designed and build a semiautomatic soap packing machine to reduce de labor costs and increase the production capacity of a 3 pack SKU's soap. This machine was built with a pneumatic system and a CompactLogix controller. • I supported the control system operation based on controllers such as SLC 500, PLC 5, CompactLogix, S7-300 and Visualization system on RSView 32, Factory Talk View, PanelView Plus 600. This plant has different processes such as batch soap making, sulfonation plant, glycerin plant, hard soap making. • I developed improvements on horizontal wrapping machine for soap packing. This unit is based on SLC 5/01 controllers and Indramat servo drives systems.

• I coordinated a project to upgrade a visualization platform from RSView 32 to Factory Talk View for the soap-making plant. • I designed, installed, programmed, and startup for a batch dishes soap production. This system included a controller SLC 5/03, Mettler Toledo weighing system, Minor ingredients, and major ingredients system dosages (Screw conveyors and pumps), automatic volumetric piston filler, printer system. • I managed the implementation and installation of the powder dosage and transportation system for 4 mixer units in the hard soap-making plant. This system was built over a CompactLogix, PanelView Plus 600 and Factory Talk View SE. This project included 3 tons crane installation for big bags, 2 dosage units with screw conveyor and Mettle Toledo weighing system, PIAB vacuum transportation system for powders material. • I led a project for a new soap-making plant that includes raw material storage, management facilities, batch saponification plant, continuous soap drying plant, soap making, and packing lines. This system was built over a CompactLogix, and Factory Talk View SE. • I have managed electromechanical, civil projects from idea to implementation. During my administration, the most considerable project was a $ 2.6 MM budget.

• Planning and implementation of the maintenance operation according to plan production schedule including the control and automation system control based on SLC 5/03, Quantum PLC Wonderware Intouch, and Industrial SQL. • The main project accomplished was the new reheating furnace installation that was On Time in Full implemented. This project includes built all the electrical control panels, programming an SLC 5/04 controller with Flex I/O remote modules over DeviceNet. The visualization was developed on Wonderware Intouch with TopServer OPC server. • I was in charge of personnel and contractors management, international/local spare parts, and equipment purchase.

• Electrical Maintenance execution and report. I developed an application based on Microsoft Access to document the equipment information, maintenance task, configurations, and calibrations. Page 3 • AC and DC motors and drives installations, maintenance, commissioning, and reparations. The maximum power in the site was 2500 HP on 460 VAC. • Control system automation activities as maintenance, updating, and improvements. I install the second upgrade to install four 500 HP DC motors controlled by a Modicon Quantum PLC. During this project, I designed the new diagrams, electrical and control installation, programming PLC, and Scada. • I installed a historical data system to acquire all parameters related to the plant operation as a recipe for each SKU's, graphical trend system, web-based reporting system. This system was based on Wonderware software. • Utilities and peripheral equipment maintenance as electrical 13.8KV maintenance, overhead crane maintenance, air compressors, air conditioners.
