Identifying the Potential/future failures in the ongoing process by conducting the PFMEA Activity & Evaluating the RPN value, which prevent the Investments of resources, Time & money for future failure process. Create and maintain timing charts, budgets and open issues lists to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. As a member of the Current Production Program team, support and execute customer requirements, including but not limited to, engineering changes and quality initiatives from start of production through the entire life cycle of the product. Good understanding & knowledge of APQP, IATF16949, FMEA, FEA, VE/VA, DOE, GD&T and continuous improvement tools.

Working with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems in Day to Day Activity. Using the Trans4M, MP2 Systems and stockroom module for tracking/controlling the inventory of Tooling, Mechanical, Electrical & Automation Parts. Assisting the MRO Buyer with placing purchase Requisitions and Resource planning. Plan, Schedule & managed the resource planning for T1SUV, T1XX program launch through Trans4M, Stockroom Module. Implementing the Kanban Event in Tool crib of both North & South plant, and conducting the Kaizen burst activity to bring Continuous Improvements in North & South Tool cribs. Personally train employees to whom access is being requested by a manager. To facilitate and process "FCD03175 New Tool crib item-Requisition Form "after managers approval Maintaining the 5S System in both the North & South plants Maintaining the COEX-TEC Zero defect policy Following and maintaining the WHMIS Policies across Tool cribs.

Performing Lathe machine operations such as Facing, Turning, Drilling, Tapping, and Tapering. Making Bill of Quantity and Estimations of Cost and Resources i.e. Material.
