Industrial Software Engineer (PLC): I have been involved in various projects. TIA Portal, Allan Bradley PLC. Design, commissioning and plant buyoff for PLC programs, HMI applications, do the necessary fault finding (Electrical and Mechanical) and problemsolving measures, and perform any other related tasks. Some of the major Projects I was involved in. Ford Engine Plant – SA Struandale (11-2021 - now) - Commissioning and programming of powertrain lines using TIA portal. Interacting with Bosch Rexroth and Atlas copco tightening controllers. W206 Mercedes Benz SA (02-2020 – 11-2021) - Assisting MBSA with Safety buyoff and checks on all lines for the new Bodyshop, making sure that all the safety elements are programmed according to the standard and function as expected. - PLC lead in commissioning Z1 lines, started from yellow buyoff. Wagon Automotive, supplier to Mercedes Benz – Germany (09-2019 – 12- 2019) Programming and commissioning modifications to run V297 (new type/style) in the lines. Supporting production for LS1 and LS2 (existing types/styles). General Motors Body Shop – USA and Mexico (09-2015 – 03-2019) Program and commission on various projects San Luis Potosi, Lansing Delta Township, Fort Wayne, Fairfax, Ramos, Arlington.
