Over 35 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur & CEO, I work with manufacturing/distribution and industrial service companies from $5M to $100M to clarify strategy. Execute that strategy and create lasting change. I Provide a proven framework for profitable and sustainable growth and Increased valuation to business Leaders for both transition planning and stronger continuing operations. I also help companies restructure existing debt through my network of contacts with the USDA and SBA guaranteed loan packages. I spent 15 years in a Fortune 500 environment at the executive level. I specialized in turn arounds and moved every few years. My last task was leading a team to shut down a supercomputer division of the company and negotiate settlements with over 300 vendors. The experience gained in those years taught me a lot about what works as well as what doesn’t. It served me well when I started my own company, I started a value-added logistics company that grew to over $50M in sales in the U.S. and Europe. We were named to the Inc 500 in our 7th year and were a pioneer in 3PL. That is where I really got my education in dealing with investors, banks and Fortune 500 customers. Everything I’ve learned over the years has been through experience. I’ve had some wins and some losses, and have developed a deep respect for business owners, founders and CEOs by living it for over 20 years. The past 16 years I’ve spent working with clients to help them clarify, document, and execute strategy to drive profitable growth resulting in increased valuations and better outcomes.
