 DCS programming, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of ABB Industrial IIT 800xA, Advant Controllers, P14, POS30, EDS, PGIM use for Steam Turbine, Gas Turbine controls and balance of plant.  Program modification and troubleshooting for existing Allen Bradley PLC's and Rockwell Software HMI's of Evaporators, Demineralizer, Turbine Fire Protection and Seawater controls.  Commissioning of Electro Chlorination Plant controls.  Commissioning and configuration of Bently Nevada Vibration monitoring and controls for Turbines and Compressors.  Gas Skid maintenance and troubleshooting  General Instrumentation jobs such as calibration of transmitters, controllers, recorders, gauges, control valves and digital displays.

 Site testing and commissioning of the Environment Control System for MTRC's Tseung Kwan O Line using Allen Bradley PLC's and Rockwell Software.  Configured Network for the Dual Ring Redundant Controlnet using Fiber Optics media.  The project involves over 20,000 I/O points and control panels, networked together using a fiber optic backbone into a geographically distributed, safety critical PLC system that interfaces with several other control systems provided by other contractors.  Installation, configuration and networking of 90 PC's for Supervisory control and data acquisition. Each PC contains at least 25,000 tags.  Defect and outstanding works correction and hand over.
