We used festo io link and weidimuler profinet io. We had a few g120 siemens servo drives and we used festo automation suite to help aid in the debug of the festo io link as well as the festo actuators.

Address the glue void on ART1. ART1's PLC is hard coded with 2 speeds for glue lines, prep tape line and horseshoe. To meet the glue void creiteria of a single glue line we needed to update the code to have a third glue line speed that would dispense enough glue in the end seal to be equivalent to a two-glue line run, while also keeping the current recipe for non-sanitary recipes so we don't waste glue.
