I have utilized Python Scripting on the Ignition platform for developing some applications.

I have a Basic - Intermediate knowledge programming PLC's from Siemens using Tia Portal v15, also have experience programming HMI's from Siemens.(Wincc)

Support and assistance production for the three shops in the Plant (CIW/PNT/Assy) on topics related to automation & Controls department like Network (Ethernet, DNET) issues, Downtime register issues, visualization issues, etc. Responsible of new projects in the plant to ensure everything is in the DTNA standards on the Controls/Electrical Side. Developing of new projects/improvements so the production process is more reliable and stable. Developing of SCADA project for the Plant, this way we can review the process on real time. Project "MP" at Chrysler Toluca Integration Body Shop – Project by Comau MX –Toluca, MX (April-Sept '16) Develop new Logic for manufacturing a new model (addition of new Toolings, Robots, Sealers and Welding Systems. Develop of new logic for failure diagnostics on the new equipment installed and programming of FIS set up Logic. Launch and Support at Tesla Gigafactory - Project by Kuka Industries – Reno, NV. USA (Sept '16-Oct '16) Launch of two Cells for the Batteries Assembly Line with Control Logix and Fanuc Robots. Debug of Process Logic, elimination of micro stoppages. Launch and Support at DeeZee Mnfg – Project by Kuka Industries – Des Moines, Iowa. USA (Nov '17-February '17) Launch of an Automatic Assembly Line for truck Rails using Compact Logix and Fanuc Robots Set of a Vision System to check that the product has all the components at the end of the process.

Develop and planning preventive maintenance activities for welding projection and automatic weld gun systems. Also for Load Geo Fixtures and sealer systems in BIW processes. Management and supervision of the WeldTech Group to ensure the correct execution of maintenance activities, and thus achieve an excellent quality in each maintenance standard procedure. *Magna decided to terminate the relation with COMAU, before the project was complete.

Assembly and installation of electrical panels. Logical design modifications in PLC according with process improvements.

Leading and supervising the implementations for improvements in the equipment to eliminate source of contaminations (Sparks, Sealer, Dust, etc.) and Hard access areas (places in the machine that is difficult to get) using a Kaizen system to register all the costs and benefits. Develop and planning preventive and predictive maintenance activities using a visual management at the component level, which means a higher knowledge of your machine and thus a major control on its behavior, always focus and guided through the WCM system.
