Working with CANDU as a senior consultant for Nuclear Reactor Upgrade (RFR) at OPG Darlington. Comisiioning, troubleshooting and software chages for all the Automated tool that will be used for Reactor Refurbishment
Designing, Programming, Commissioning for Industrial Controls projects • Lead Commissioning contractor for OCADO Canada for commissioning MES equipment and their custom-made SCADA system • Lead Developer/Programmer in PLC and SCADA programming of Mixing plant using Siemens S7-1500 PLC and WIncc Professional SCADA. • Part of MCR project at Bruce Power. • Part of Integration team for GM Battery Pack assembly line at ATS Automation. • Part of the RDS (Rapid Delivery system) Integration as well as design team. • While working with RDS Integration team at ATS Automation I did integration, testing, code modification for various tool mechanism of RDS system. This system uses SIEMENS S71500 PLC, SCHEINIDER PAC DRIVE LMC CONTROLLER with SCADA system. • While working with RDS Design team at ATS Automation my role was to implement changes requested by OPG and other redline using E-Plan then get it reviewed by OPG then send to customer for final approval.
• Control system designing with CAD drawing. • Offline PLC, HMI and SCADA programming and simulation. • On site commissioning of different project. • Attending service calls. • Mostly working on projects involving Process Automation, Motion Control and Position Control.
• Programming and testing of control panels containing different kinds of PLC, HMI, and relays. • Installation, commissioning, and startups when needed. • Mostly dealing with Schneider and Allen-Bradley control system.
• Completely responsible for all parts of project development including Designing, programming, commissioning and testing of different projects. • Programming phase includes offline programming of various customize logic, HMI and SCADA programming along with the complete software simulation. • Work with Different SCADA software including SIEMENS WINCC, WONDERWARE, DETLA V. • Installation Commissioning and testing includes FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test) and startups. • Troubleshooting for 3rd party clients.
• Part of the installation team in supervising contracts and assisting engineers in the installation commissioning and testing of Beverage Factory.
