Build, inspect, and attach wire labels on Aerospace Military communication's cables and equipment by following the engineer's elevation drawings, Bill of Material, and the wire list. Integrate all the required cables. Ground all the equipment, Cable ladder to the ground buss bar.

Visually inspected, calibrated, adjusted, and set the frequency, voltage, speed, direction, and hi-pot Gyros modules. Set the chambers to perform all 3 temperatures overnight tests. Adjusted and mounted the Gyros on the shaker test station for load, direction, and stability performance. Signed, noted, and attached test results in test log book for the records.

Set and assembled the 8 pieces package sorters and aligner according to the UPS blue prints center line. Welded the feet to the platform. Assembled the Canopy's system that includes 7 lights and 6 cameras. Cut, threaded, and mounted the conduits to run the communication, VFD motors, photo eyes, E-stop, and the Ethernet wires. Terminated all the required wires to correct terminal blocks, 480V motors, and the photo eyes junction boxes. Routed and connected the lights and the cameras coaxial and Ethernet wires. Performed visual final inspection and pull test on all the terminated wires. Reported all the functional and technical issues to the engineering department by calling the 800 number and creating a ticket. Assisted in commissioning the control, Transformer, and the Power cabinets. Replaced the defected components, wired, and tested the new components.

Audited and visually inspected all loose materials prior to assembly referring to the BOM and the pick list that was created by engineers. Assembled delivered parts by following the PDS per model that was created by the test engineer. Performed a leak test to ensure the O-rings are in good condition. Performed the lift pin test to ensure the length and depth meeting the standard specs.

Performed a visual, wire pull test inspection, and continuity ring out test by following the control panel project wiring design. Performed the power up test by applying the required voltage and checked the accurate voltage and made sure that all the installed components functioned as in the manufacturing specifications.

Performed a visual and wire pull test inspection, by checking all mechanical assembly and electrical drawings. Building an energy power savor cabinets from scratch by assemble the metal device panels, side panels, vertical support, and doors by following the assembly instruction that was issued with cabinets. Perform a visual inspection by confirming all components, location and device labels are 100% complying. Moved the pass cabinets to the engineering department for power testing.

Updating motherboards, inverters, DC boards, and sky wire to the latest ECO-MOD. Imaged, configured, and tested all POS terminals before sending them to the clients. Refurbished and tested all POS RMA equipment. Tracked and dispatched all RMA by using RQS database.

Performed Electrical Test, Functional Test, and Visual Inspection according to the final Inspection Procedure. Create and submit a Final Inspection Report to Management.
