RANDALL — Electrical Technician

As a Pro Services Maintenance and Engineering Technician, my responsibilities were to go to Pro Services customers that I was assigned to and while holding a maintenance position, I trained both current and new maintenance employees, I worked with maintenance managers to run departments both safer and more efficient. I also trouble shot electrical and mechanical problems with machinery and recommended/implemented changes to make machinery run better.

As an Electronics Technician, my responsibilities at a high-level included maintaining a 400,000 Sq Ft. building and the machinery responsible for producing packaging equipment. Specifically I maintained and installed motor control circuits and electrical wiring, performed preventative maintenance, completed work orders without interrupting production schedule, electrical equipment trouble shooting, installed new equipment and ordered necessary inventory and products. Led project to change out lighting in facility from fluorescent to LED, projected savings will be $45,000 annually and will allow the company to better manage its electrical load Responsible for monitoring equipment on machinery and recommending upgrades when equipment is outdated Modified machinery to improve operator efficiency Responsible for review and approval of maintenance department timesheets Communications coordinator for maintenance department ensuring all shifts had the necessary information to fully support production needs Charged with training new and existing maintenance employees

As an Maintenance Electrician, my responsibilities: Followed food plant requirements (GMP's), maintained & installed motor control circuits and electrical wiring, PLC's, electrical troubleshooting, emergency repairs, PM's, work orders, installed new equipment, ordered inventory and products.
