Every project I have had to work on to meet the specifications of the customer has met timeframes, along with no critical component damage or failure. I have assited in Retrofit tooling for robots in Body Shop's, installed stamping equipment to different suppliers, and installed assembly equipment in Chrysler facilites. I can maintain composure in stressful working environments, and maintain thurough communication with my peers to make sure that all needs of a project install are met by the customers satisfaction.
I have spent time both installing new equipment at facilities around the US and supporting, maintaining, and improving factory process in active facilities. With my help I've been able to provide all my customers with higher performance numbers and lower ammounts of downtime.
I have been programming PLC's for just over 4 years now, and I have experience with all of the major products by Siemens, Allen- Bradley, Bosch, Omron, and Mitsubishi. I have extensive skills in hardware configuration and data forwarding between different controllers or PC equipment. Maintaining programming standards is very important to me, so any logic I create I am always sure to design with the company and user in mind for ease.

Developing a transfer system in Siemens software was one of my most challenging experiences. Thanks to my involvement I was able to create a standardized template for all future applications in Siemens systems.
Every machine I have developed the logic for personally, I have also overseen the installation process at client facilities.
