Electrical panel design for paint shop phosphate and E-Coat systems. Safety panel design for barrier monitoring on E-Coat rectifier. Configure and program safety program for E-Coat rectifier. Configure hardware and program for 1756 Rockwell PLC. Program logic for E-Coat Rectifier.
Convert Siemens mold protection system to Rockwell PLC/HMI. Implement vacuum sequence for composite mold on hydraulic press.
Test/configure PLC controls system for FAT and SAT. Document configuration procedures for FAT. Manage open issue lists and close out activities post commissioning.
Interface between vehicle performance team and component development team to ensure transfer case performance imperatives are met. Ensure supplier is in communication with proper SME's to expedite root cause of testing/development issues.
In-house commissioning of coil line. Provided launch support of 2200 ton mechanical press with transfer system, de-stack, and coil line.
Lead product development team to oversee project deliverables (Software Timing, Feature Rollout, etc.) Retrofit suspension testing system to allow simulation of suspension control without entire serial data network active.
Validation of serial data and bus diagnostics with GM Spec's using automated and manual test methods. Instrumentation of battery packs for development tests related to voltage losses in individual cell voltage sense lines. Automation/scripting of test procedures to reduce variability in testing. Provide support to Battery Validaiton Engineers as subject matter expert on electronics and software.
