PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Automation Integration Specialist Automated processes, set up communications between robots, PLC's and other related deceives on various projects. Communicate with clients to ensure their needs and requirements are met. Selected clients include: BMW, Ford, GM, PACCAR, Peterbilt and Challenge Manufacturing.
Recent Projects: BMW (2015-2019): On-site robot support for both BMW paint shops. Responsibilities included: programming robot support for production, working on improving cycle times and current processes. Robot programming for new model vehicles. Implementation of new equipment coming into the paint shops. Design, prototype Troubleshoot and implementation of new dispense nozzles for new model vehicles. Worked with BMW management to plan for weekend work for production quality issues, and cycle time improvements. Also worked with BMW new model management when programming for new in-coming models. Robots used were ABB and Fanuc along with vision systems from ABB, Fanuc and ISRA.Training of in-house BMW robot programmers.
