And these industries I've done a lot of Welding and Fabrication, light Machining, Millwright, fabrication engineering and mechanical. I am badged to be able to go into BMW so I am set and ready. I have a vehicle pass be able to drive into the facility as well.

I've been taught by some very very good men in my lifetime. I do enjoy fabricating things even on site with minimal tools we can make something happen if need be. With easy access to my own shop or to several companies I know in the area that can cut and produce proper parts we can put it together on site or build it from scratch.

Effectively able to create solutions and processes to discover, communicate, ascertain a goal, bring plan to fruition and complete in a timely manner both to make set tasks efficient and guarantee customer satisfaction. Problem solving is one of my primary goals. To be able to complete a task with minimum materials at hand and or design rebuild re-engineer or reoutfit.

Being able to organize tasks at hand and complete them in less time to save the customer money and procure future work is a steady goal. Over the years I've had a great number of accomplishments in the Welding and Fabrication and the ability to overcome obstacles in revamp, repurposing and manufacturing.

Going into companies in working with Engineers one-on-one in Improvement procedures and changing processes and locations of equipment and or how equipment functions. In fabrication aspect of my position sometimes you're not given much to work with as far as materials and maybe very labor-intensive but I can accomplish anything set in front of me. From detailed drawings to the simplest of hand sketches as well as maintaining a perfect safety record I can bring lot to the table when it comes to the versatility I have. I also manage several accounts and have to perform whatever functions I need with either teen leadership and are getting in there and just getting the job done myself. I enjoy working independent as well as working with a large variety of people.
