I have 9 years of programming and production maintenance experience on Fanuc RJ3 and R30iA controllers utilizing multiple software packages from ArcTool to HandleTool
I am competent with setting up cameras for multiple part/pattern/color inspections and barcode/data matrix reading for lot trace capabilities.
Primarily I have worked with programming Motoman spot weld robots for assembly operations.
I am capable of diagnosing and troubleshooting PLC related issues and following the logic on these controllers. I have never tried to create my own program, but I have the understanding necessary to do so.
I have a basic understanding of ABB programming and structure, primarily due to lack of exposure to these controllers and robots.
I have just started working with CAD recently, so my exposure to these systems is minimal currently, but i am constantly working on expanding my skills here.
