2017-08 - present Controls Engineer Controls & Robotics Technology LLC Working as a contractor for COMAU, DURR and Tesla have been my three main projects with the company. - Project: Tesla Model 3 BIW (Controls & Robotics Tech) - Lead and main point of contact for Tesla Project Manager Jesus Ortiz, organize my team to accomplish all the request from the client. - Responsible of cycle time improvements and debugging of lines for a smoother performance in different subassembly lines for Underbody. - Worked with improvements for Availability of Underbody lines. - Fixed issues with nuissance faults on Ignition software as set up a better view for an easier troubleshooting for mantainance. - Project: Jeep Wrangler (COMAU) - Night shift lead for the controls group. - Responsible of debugging logic and cycle time improvements for the lines on Step 7 (Siemens). - Production support and training for the mantainance team for them to be able to recognise the origin of any fault. - Responsible of the reports to dayshift for major issues, nuissance faults and activities perfomed. - Project: Tesla Model 3 GA (DURR) - Responsible of commisioning lifter tables and safety lightscreens. - Responsible for the correct setup, as outlined by the electrical diagram, of Profinet network between Siemens PLCs. - Project: Tesla Model 3 BIW (COMAU) - Responsible of commissioning for Allen Bradley PLCs in Front Rail Subassembly line. - Worked with robot programers to set sequences and safety zones. - Dry cycle and slow build initial tests

2015-01 - 2017-07 Design and Controls Engineer Center of Engineering and Advanced Technology S.A. de C.V. - Designed electrical and pneumatic diagrams in EPLAN P8 for four different projects that involved non- destructive hardness test for quality of the materials. - Programed the PLCs and HMIs in TIA Portal V13 (Siemens) in accordance with the requirements of the client for each project. - Responsible of the training and management of two interns for a period of 6 months
