I've worked on 6 projects that utilized lasers for brazing or welding. One of them was a first in industry system for GM that used a 5,000W dual beam laser to join two class A surfaces over approximately 750mm.

Design, create snd build one off, artistic metal items.
Provide technical support, via phone, email or web chat, for all products that Fanuc Robotics sells, or has sold. This includes robotic systems as far back as RC controllers on up to their latest of R-30iB Mini Plus, iRVision machine vision systems and PC software, such as Roboguide.
Programming and total installation of ABB S4, S4C, S4C+ & IRC 5, Fanuc RJ3iB & R30iA robots. Including electrical wiring/debug and fabrication of items necessary to get them producing prototype automotive parts using GMAW, GMAW-P and resistance welding, dispense and material handling applications.
Worked for the division of Magna that builds flexible automated systems as a robotic engineer. Was hired to independently represent the company on all robotic issues that arose in the Metro Detroit region. Extensive General Motors and Magna experience. Installed and was responsible for a first in industry, 4KW, dual beam, robotic laser welding system.
Worked in the paint and dispense division installing, servicing and maintaining robotic systems to apply weatherproofing and cosmetic adhesives, abrasion coatings, windshield adhesives and installation to vehicles as well as actual paint onto class A surfaces. Extensive experience with General Motors and various vision systems.
All aspects of industrial robotics, installation, service, programming, debug, etc. Fanuc, ABB, Motoman, Nachi and Kawasaki robots are all ones I'm familiar with. Have worked setting up single robot cells from scratch on up to multiple hundred robot installations. Experience with nearly all typical applications that industrial robotic systems are used for, even some that are atypical, such as sewing.
