1-Integration of Cognex brand vision systems, thus avoiding production imperfections. 2-Integration of systems such as: PLC, VFD, HMI and Servo Drives for the manufacture of new machines. 3-Provide quick and cost-effective solutions to manufacturing-related challenges 4-Set up preventive maintenance to make sure that field devices, instrumentation systems and communication networks work properly.

Make modifications and improvements to the automation systems of the different cranes. Integrate safety systems and modify crane logic to reduce accidents thus complying with international safety regulations. Document and make electrical diagrams of each project. • Adjust and correct faults in radio frequency sealing machines. • Work with the documentary system regarding equipment and maintenance systems. • Develop and comply with the preventive maintenance plan. Guarantee the availability and good functioning of the equipment. • Support the initiatives of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

• Experienced in the area of industrial automation, calibration, power electronic systems and VFD based on siemens technologies. • Responsible for maintaining and verifying the proper functioning of the automation systems, following up on the calibration program of the equipmenst and its maintenance. • Good knowledge in applications for automation and process monitoring of the main brands in the market: Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron.

• Calibrate equipment and instruments under the ISO / IEC 17025 standard. • Analyze, document and troubleshoot faults presented by the assigned teams and identify for their correct traceability. • Perform field instrumentation services to different clients throughout the country.

• Develop and comply with the preventive maintenance plan. Guarantee the availability and good functioning of the equipments. • Diagnosis and quick solution to electrical and electronic failures during the production process, performing corrective interventions on the machines. • Install, wire and commissioning equipments such as: PLC, HMI's, frequency inverters, Servo systems, industrial computers, video inspection systems, etc. • Make backup copies of the different automation systems of the machines. • Trained on electrical controls, repair of electronic boards, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC, design of process improvements and machines. • Calibrate gas measurement systems (MSA), load cells, ultrasonic sensors, RTD's ect

• Repair defective units in the production line using different types of measuring instruments such as: tester, oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer. • Diagnosis and troubleshooting of faults using electronic schematics and electrical drawings. • Follow up and support the production process, ensure the quality of the product. • Document reports of failures in the process, analyze their effects and prepare improvement proposals.
