Senior programmer on many Fanuc and plenty of experience on features, such as: - ServoFloat - implemented this feature on a inductive heating machine for truck axles. Tehre were several axles models and, using this feature, I could save a lot of programming hours turning 25 models production into 4 different handling programs; - DCS Safety: used this feature to create a lot of cell safety jobs. Stay In, Stay Out zones, speed-limited zones (e.g: near fences) and safety communication via network (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, DeviceNet, and others). - Math Instructions: programmed a parametrized trajectory for stone profile deburring, using lots of trigonometric instructions and getting the parameter data from a HMI Application-wise, I can program robots of a lot of differente applications, such as Spot Welding, Arc Welding, Screw Fastening, Handling, Deburring, Gluing, Riveting, Stud Welding, VIsion Guided Pick and Place, conveyor tracked applications, and others

I can program KUKA robots from scratch, without any kind of standard, and also BMW Standard on KRC4. I had a 6-month experience in production support and programming on several BMW standard robots with many differete applications set up (riveting, handling, gluing, spot welding, laser welding, fastening). About VKRC models, the most important experience I have is programming several robots on an Aufbau at VW Brazil, where we changed the programming standard from PQ-24 to VASS05 with Interbus communication.

Used to work on Motoman Robotics Brazil, where I had the opportunity to study and teach a lot o people regarding advanced programming features. I've programmed several Motoman robots on many differente applications, including multiple on the same pendant application (setting it up and programming as well). Also, I can make advanced controller maintenance diagnostics, even from old controllers.

Went through an intensive integrator training at Denso warehouses in OHIO for two weeks. I can basically disassemble and reassemble most of Denso robots by myself. About programming, I've practiced a lot of applications with small 6-axis robots, including some vision systems integration, and also with 4-axis scara robots.

Designed and programmed many plastic injection machine unload with Staubli robots, al of them using ValPlast feature. Also, programmed a pick and place cell with Scara robots on a 120 parts per minute cycle.

Programmed some application using location, blob and measuring features, both with EasyViewer and Spreadsheet View. I can set a good vision program with the large experience in vision I have got during all the years programming robots and especilly iRVision systems.

Programmed a robotic system with a Yaskawa Motoman robot. The camera guided the robot to screw the brake plate on motorcycle casted wheels. The camera was also used to check if the tire was assembled on the right moving direction based on the tire patterns (arrows, texts, symbols)

Set up a lot of different networks through the years. Can Open, Device Net, Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Interbus (copper and fiber optics), Profibus.
