Programming Skills (10)
I started to program since the university, but before that I took some courses to specialize me on Allen Bradley Controllers, I current know to program Contrologix, Micrologix, Compac logix, SLC.
I use to design systems and simulations at Festo Hydraulics and Festo Pneumatic, coupled with that I have the basics of programming with Codesys.
I used to work some months ago with Cognex systems at Motus, those controllers was the 5100 and the Dataman systems. Those systems were used to review automotive parts like the Ford F-100 Console, and its labels.
I have experience with CVX systems, IV vision systems, and with barcode readers of Keyence Brand. I used to program those vision systems to indentify patterns, colors, barcodes, shapes
I know how to make a basic program without the software, but with the help of it I know how tomake simulations, mill programs and I have some designs creates by myself.
I have experience and knowledge about programming on S7, and I took a course of TIA PORTAL at Michigan to work on Chrysler Ohio on the Jeep line changes.
I know how to design on Solidworks, but I have area of opportunity on simulations.
About Me
Dynamic mechatronics engineer, with motivation to be better day by day, and always trying to learn new things about new processes. Interested in the application of knowledge to develop applications and programs to automate and simplify processes.
At the present day, I work at John Deere, like Facilities Engineer, before that I was working at Leon Motus like Controls Engineer, where I had been supporting the controls area at Saltillo Plant and Arteaga Plant, before that, I was working at Process Automation Solutions an ATS Company in Warren, Mi.
