Bodyshop experience with ABB IRC5 with BMW L7 standard (Leipzig and Regensburg). I worked on the underbody lines loading up offline programs and checking them. Worked in Jaguar Land Rover (Solihull, Halewood, Castle Bromwich)did full commissioning of the line, from configuring the grippers and toolchangers and guns to loading OLP and cycletime optimization. I worked on every possible station(closures, bodysides, framing, underbody,rerivet, respot). Technologies I worked with include: spotwelding, riveting, glueing.
