Responsibilities: BIW plant support for Model 3 production line. -Designing/selecting robotic-production systems, running simulations, implementation, commissioning and programming. -Continuous process optimization -Lead and assist production in all quality and process related topics and issues. -Support and assist maintenance team in troubleshooting difficult breakdowns and chronic equipment failures. -Project management: both internal maintenance projects, and major contractor projects. -Develop and maintain proper documentation of all necessary procedures; periodic maintenance task; equipment changes (electrical, spare parts upgrades, mechanical).

Truck Manufacturing Plant Products: Freightliner Cascadia® Class 8 Responsibilities: Cab In White (body in White) Plant Support as Maintenance Supervisor -Being responsible for maintenance and automation of Rockwell PLC´s, ABB robots, Enet, Dnet, electrical and mechanical issues and improvements on 7 automated workcells. -In Charge of Preventive Maintenance, TPM, Fault Analysis and countermeasures and other indicators to keep downtime at a minimum. -In Charge of maintenance technicians, to coordinate problem solving, training and general activities -Spare parts inventory management -Support and leading projects for new options, cycle time reduction and quality adjustments. Achievements: TPM process implementation Level3 on Plant TOS Awards (DTNA International) for Best Increase of Value Add-Automated on Portland 2015.
