February 2009 - August 2011 (2 years 7 months) North Charleston, SC DESIGNER III: Provided design & drafting support for various programs for all military branches using AutoCAD, AutoDesk Inventor and SolidWorks design software. Products supported were electro-mechanical for military communication and were installed in military jets, ships, and ashore sites. DRAFTING SUPERVISOR: The program I worked on is responsible for the complete design, assembly and integration of computer rack systems that are used on board military ships, submarines and commercial ashore sites. My responsibilities included the supervision of 3-4 drafters & designers, scheduling work, design reviews, attending required internal meetings with prime and other sub-contractors and with the Government sponsor. Other duties include drawing reviews and markups, weekly updates to the Government, performance reviews, and Solidworks training. Provided support for all military branches.
