Recently I worked with a team to install robots in a Class 1 Div1 environment where an ignition source would cause the destruction of the plant. That robot cell now produces accelerant batches for use in airbags at faster than expected rate under more than expected safety margin. this is just a recent one-of-many better than met expectations on the job.

Work with my current and past employers has taken me to many interesting locations across North America. Some of the Automation projects included "pick n place", palletizing, Inscribing, confection decorating, Robotic vision tracking, conveyor tracking, machine tending, and tool changing operations. Often combinations of different operations need to be performed at once. Years ago, my work at Lifetime Plastics included planning, installing, and the programming of two dozen Fanuc robots allong with the tooling and support
