Scheduled all site manpower and projected needed support to meet schedule targets and milestones. Developed installation cadence and trucking/shipping schedule to support timeline and minimize risk to body-shop launch. Managed all Comau site operations for the installation of the Chrysler 2015 UF program tooling, systems and launch at Sterling Heights Assembly Plant. Projects: Managed all installation supervisors and support staff during the on-site integration of the 2015 UF tooling and assembly systems.
