2004-2005 PLC PROGRAMMER Southern Steel Company Responsible for generating all PLC logic for each new facility project, I work with engineers to develop an I/O database used globally for the project. The programming requires the use of using TCP/IP protocol and Genius Bus communications, as well as read/write transfers networking as many as 10-12 plc's, and includes; door operations, intercom transfers, lighting, surveillance and interlocks between buildings also work with HMI programmers to get a fully functional integrated package between PLC and PC Touch Screen, also responsible for all in house testing & debugging before the factory acceptance test.
