Skilled as Supervisory/Lead DCS, I&C working in Cogeneration, Gas Turbines and coal fired boilers of Power plants. Vast experience with, AC/DC controls, Worked in start up and Commissioning including calibration of transmitters, various valves and switches, troubleshooting loop circuits, Turbines lube oil and Hydraulic systems and controls to console. I have vast knowledge with Foxboro, Mark V, VI, ABB, Composer and Bailey Console, Honeywell 2000 and 3000 and Ovation. Chemical & Oil refineries, Circulating Fluidized Bed boilers, and Nuclear power plants. Perform logical functions of process control and trip interlock circuits, verified inputs & outputs at DCS to field wired devices. Uninterruptible power system (UPS) for the event of power failure for controlled system shutdown. High voltage terminations, calibration of Bentley Nevada vibration monitor system to match levels and range to specs. Professional knowledge of Honeywell Loveland 2020 and Fluke 744 process meter. Maintain database and acceptance for turnover via DCS, logic, and calibration of field device tolerance specifications for acceptance. Certificate for completion of OSHA 30 hour course.
