As a robot technician at BMW my duties were varied by daily operations. Logged and performed daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance. Maintenance included oil changes, cleaning parts that affected performance, order replacement parts, ensure products of robotic duties were sufficiant to complete operations. Quality check of parts prior and post installation. During times of robotic failure my duties were altered to gather associates and order them for manual installations. When robotic functions were brought back, I would collaborate with ESA to understand reason of failure, then I would come up with plans and precautions to reduce or eliminate any future failures. I would also collaborate with managers to identify production flaws, sollutions for the alteration of part installation, and finally with programmers to ensure time restrictions were not breached with new solutions. There were some leadership responsibilities working with production associates to ensure they were performing to assembly and quality standards.

While working as a production associate my duties were but but not limited to, proper parts installation, quality parts check, knowledge and ability to use tools required to complete job, time management to ensure no loss of production, and bring up ideas or concerns to implement for more productive assembly.

As a photo lab tech my responsibilities required to keep stock replacement chemicals, filters, cleaners, and paper film. Perform dailly and weekly tests along with maintenance. Proper chemical dispossal. Keeping log up to date with all actions that were performed within the lab and ensuring all associates working within the lab were OSHA certified.
